Motto LaGuardia Consultants will work with companies and organizations to

MLC offers customized
services and programs
with the direct
involvement and
personal attention of
one or both of the
managing partners!
Total Management of Entire Event
MLC will provide programs that can be used for entire sports and
entertainment events. These services begin by meeting with
the event owner - of the business or community that is
responsible for hosting the event - to help to produce every
aspect of the event. We will incorporate plans to include: type
of event, fit in the market, selection of target audience, talent
negotiation and procurement, sponsorship evaluation, facility
negotiations, logistics management, staging, ticket sales, event
operations, close-out, and
follow-up.
Facility Management
MLC will work with the event site(s) to develop schedules,
produce contracts, negotiate expenses and revenues, facilitate
equipment and set-up needs, as well as work close-outs and
follow-up with each facility.
Negotiation and Booking of Talent
MLC will work with sports and entertainment celebrities and
groups (and their agents) to secure the best possible
event/show at the best possible price.
Logistics Management
MLC can provide this service to handle all
of the details of your event from
transportation to special equipment to
staging to providing a unique atmosphere
to working with you to select a
distinctive invitation for your event.
Community Involvement
MLC can provide you with various methods of
dealing with local, state, and federal agencies
as well as with the business community, the
media, competing entities, and the public to
gain their support and cooperation.
Sponsorship Evaluation
MLC is able to help your event create
the right fit and opportunities for other
sponsoring companies and organizations
to become involved. We can explore
opportunities that highlight the various
buy-in vehicles (cash, trade, publicity)
that are available.
Feasibility Evaluation
MLC can help you take a better look at
your market to see if your event will
satisfy the needs of the event owner,
partner businesses, the community
where the event is being held, and your
target audience.
